Stepping into the future successfully – how I can get my staff ready

Given the increasing digitalization and internationalization, you are probably already adapting your business models and processes – or at least thinking about it, as many companies in mechanical and plant engineering are. While the pace of innovation is increasing all the time, demographic change is pushing the average age of your staff up and up. Of course, these developments have an impact on your staffing policy.

One key way to combat these trends is through training. Are you well positioned here? Are you pursuing the right strategies to provide good training for young people and, in particular, continuous advanced training for current staff now and in the future?
If your training measures are to succeed, there are some fundamental questions to answer:
Which new developments are we facing and how does my company need to change?
Which skills will my staff need in the future? Which apprenticeships will be required?
What is the need for advanced training and which formats are suitable?
Are digital formats for advanced training better than conventional ones?
How should we deal with the longer working lives of many staff members?
How can we make sure we keep current staff on board during the transformation process?

We want to tackle and discuss these and many more questions together with you.
To do so, we have prepared a program in which experts will give interesting input and you will then have the opportunity for a real exchange of experience
