Successful in the future – this is how I prepare my workforce
Against the background of increasing digitalization and internationalization, you are probably adapting your business models and processes, or, like many other mechanical and plant manufacturers, are at least thinking about it. While the pace of innovation continues to increase, demographic change is constantly pushing the average age of your employees upwards. These developments inevitably also have an impact on your personnel policy. A central starting point for countering these trends is qualification. Are you well positioned on this topic?
