Talent offensive - how together we can inspire more young people for technical careers

The lack of young talent in technical professions is one of the top challenges facing our member companies. It therefore threatens the growth and innovative ability of our entire industry.

In our event/forum we would like to briefly introduce you to current facts, good practice and the new young talent campaign. We would then like to talk to you and the target group, the young people. The central question will be: How can we together succeed in getting more young people interested in technical training or technical studies?
